At Ruthe Jackson Center, we are proud to be able to host events large and small. Our flexible floor plan layouts ensure that your event will be perfect in every way.
Ballroom
At over 8,500 column-free square feet, the Ballrooms are the largest of the Center’s rooms. With a movable wall, enhanced acoustical panels, built-in screen and audio, three exquisite seven-foot imported crystal chandeliers, rich wall coverings, and a beautiful arched window, these rooms add a touch of elegance to any event.
Board Room
Equipped to meet the needs of even the most progressive business professional, this richly furnished boardroom features a granite conference table, executive leather chairs, lounge furniture, a mini fridge, and a coffee bar. The boardroom also features a 90-inch wall-mounted monitor, data ports, teleconferencing capabilities, and Wi-Fi access. The conference table seats 18 with additional perimeter seating for 10. This room also doubles as a spacious groom’s suite when our mirrors, wardrobes, and poker table are included!
Conference Room
This 2,310-square-foot space offers event space flexibility for business meetings and smaller social gatherings wanting a more casual atmosphere than the larger ballroom. The Conference Room includes a built-in screen and audio system.
The Garden
Nestled within our stone walls, you will find an oasis perfect for the garden ceremony or outdoor gathering of your dreams! Pristine landscaping, garden paths, tranquil waters, and a splashing fountain will fill your senses with quiet beauty for your event.
The Bridal Suite
Everyone says the wedding day goes by so fast. But with our gorgeous bridal suite, you can slow down and enjoy your day with the most important women in your life. The room provides ample space to lounge with bridesmaids, mirrors on almost every wall, large lighted vanities for hair and make-up, a private powder room, a coffee bar, mini fridge, and last but not least, breathtaking doors that lead straight down the garden aisle outside!
